Refund policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase. Here is when refunds are available.

Parlor Pass

• Cancel anytime in one click from your account. You keep the Pass until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
• If you haven’t used the Pass yet, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying.
• Once you have used it, we don’t refund part-used periods, except where the law requires.

Reading credits

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits you have already used can’t be refunded.

Decks, rooms and readers

These start straight away. Because you agree at checkout to immediate access, they can’t be refunded once you have used them, except where the law requires.

Gifts

A gift can be refunded in full until it is redeemed.

Founding Patron

Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of paying for a full refund.
